Sindhupalchowk District
Two days after the Earthquake (27 April 2015), Snow leopard Trek was the first to reach out to remote villages outside of Kathmandu. We visited Bhotechaur village Ward number 2 in Sindhupalchowk, which was completely destroyed. Snow leopard trek distributed rice, tents and lentils for 40 household.
On 2015/04/28 Snow leopard trek revisited the same area in Sindhupalchowk district Ward number 5 and distributed lentils, beaten rice and a packet of salt to 90 households.
On April 30 2015 Snow leopard trek distributed lentils, a sack of rice per family and a packet of salt to 90 households in langarshey village ward number 9 at Sindhulpalchowk district.
On 2015/5/2 Snow leopard trek distributed a sack of rice per family to 45 households in Langarshey village development committee ward number 7 of Sindhupalchowk district.
On 2015/05/10 Snow leopard trek distributed tents to the Shree Jalpadevi Higher Secondary School in Bhotechaur so that the school could be up and running.
