From Pipal Danda we walk ascending up to Ghandruk about 1 hour. Ghandruk village is one of the biggest Gurung villages in this area which is really impressive and you can easily explore the traditional houses, Gurung Museum, the ethnic costumes’ and the life style of the Gurungs.
The path to lower Ghandruk winds along rivers (Modi Khola and Bhurungdi Khola) and mountain farms. On a day of nice weather we can have a great view of Fishtail, Annapurna mountains and views of waterfalls en route is very scenic. Drive for about 2 hrs to Pipal Danda from Pokhara. From Pipal Danda we walk some uphill sections it shouldn’t be a problem. Pipal Danda (1784 m.) and Ghandruk (1951 m.) so you have less than 170 meters to climb. Overnight at hotel in Ghandruk.

This is little Paradise – a true little paradise among the mountainous scenery where you can relax and enjoy peace, quiet and rural atmosphere for the rest of the day. Overnight at Kotdanda.
Day 03: Trek to Jhinu Danda (1750 m)
Today’s trek follows a very nice walk through terraced fields – some of which were lying fallow, others green with mustard. The trek through cultivated land is certainly a very different experience compared to the earlier days of valleys, forests and hills.
A good portion of this day is spent in the hot springs – about 30 minutes down-hill walk. The Jhinu Hot Spring is an attraction where you can easily spend your afternoon on Hot Pool. It is supposed to relieve pain and tiredness after the trek.
The set-up of the springs is fairly rudimentary – a metal shack served as the entrance and changing rooms. The water is very hot, but the prospect of enjoying bathing in an unending supply of warm water is very welcome. After bathing in the hot springs (believed by Nepalese to be very therapeutic and having high medical value) walk back to our lodge at Jhinu Danda.
Day 04: Trek to Deurali (2100 m)
The first part of the trek is down hill, then through flat land until you reach Himal Pani. Here you find beautiful waterfall. Beyond this town the trail ascends gently crossing numerous streams and terraces. After a short trek you will be at Landruk (1545 m), a pretty big village inhabited by mixed communities of Gurungs, Magars and Brahmins. Now the trail gently ascends to Tolka (1850 m.) , then Bherikharka. From here, the trail goes steeply up to Deorali (2100m.) with a view of different mountain peaks in panorama.
