Day 01: Transfer to Bhadrapur airport and drive to Namchi via Kakarvitta

Enter India via Raniganj (Immigration formalities to be done Kakarvitta (Nepal) and Raniganj (India) then proceeds further towards Gangtok via Siliguri (refreshment break at Siliguri) ~ Teesta bridge ~ Melli ~ Rangpo (West Bengal ~ Sikkim Border, entry formalities to be done here at the Check post) ~ Singtam ~ Gangtok (5 hrs drive). Stay overnight at Hotel Himalayan Heights, Gangtok (1676 m).

Day 02: Day return trip to Tsomgo Lake (3901 m).

Light refreshment at Tsomgo Lake and back to Gangtok and visit Ganesh Tok ~ Himalayan Zoological Park at Bulbuley and Tashi View Point. Night at Hotel Himalayan Heights, Gangtok.

Day 03: Departure for Lachung (2625 m) via Tashi view Point

Kabi Lungtsok (historical place of Sikkim) ~ Seven Sisters waterfall ~ Phodong Monastery ~ hot lunch at Namok (wayside restaurant) ~ Mangan (District Headquarter of North Sikkim) ~ Singhik (one can witness the best and clear view of Mt. Khangchendzonga provided the weather is clear) ~ Chungthang (Mingling point of River Teesta) visit sacred stone of Lord Guru Padmasambhava ~ Twin water falls and then to Lachung. (5 – 6 hrs drive, 117 kms from Gangtok). Stay overnight halt at Le Coxy Resort, Lachung (This is an eco-friendly resort having limited rooms paneled with wood, wall to wall carpet, attach bath with geyser. But, there is no TV, no Intercome and no Fireplace in the Resort in order to give a peaceful moment to our visiting clients and we wish to make them an eco-friendly thus enjoys the beauty of nature).

Day 04: Tour proceeds further towards its main destination “Yumthang Valley” and “Yume Samdong”

Afte breakfast we will proceeds toward Yumthang Valley via Shingbha Rhododendron Sanctuary ~ Phuni Valley and Yumthang Hot spring. They can enjoy the dip in the hot spring. Light refreshment at Yumthang hot spring and back to Lachung to follow the late lunch. May month is the right time to enjoy the beauty of flowers & snow capped mountain ranges “Spring Season”. This time, about more than 35 species of Rhododendrons and different varieties of Primulaes will be in bloom. Normally, our Japanese Guests comes to visit this spring season on Rhododendron Trail in Yumthang area for about 5 days. Night at Le Coxy Resort, Lachung.

Day 05: Departure from Lachung for Gangtok

via Beema waterfall ~ Chungthang ~ Meyong waterfall ~ Singhik ~ Mangan ~ Lunch at Namok ~ Phodong ~ Kabi ~ Tashi View Point ~ Gangtok. Overnight at Hotel Himalayan Heights at Gangtok.

Day 06: Gangtok local sight seeing

Visit of Enchey Monastery ~ Flower show Exhibition ~ Institute of Handy Craft Handloom ~ Do Drul Chorten Monastery ~ Namgyal Research Institute of Tibetology ~ Saramsa Garden ~ Rumtek Monastery (H.H. Karmapa’s Dharma Chakra Centre) ~ Zurmang Gharwang Monastery at Lingdum ~ Bhanjhakri waterfalls ~ back to hotel. Evening walk to M.G. Marg in Gangtok, Capital town of Sikkim “which has just been declared as Green City”. Back to Hotel Himalayan Heights and rest.

Day 07: Gangtok to Pelling

Via Singtam ~ Temi Tea Garden ~ Namchi (visit Samdruptse, the giant statue of Lord Guru Padmasambhava) (2 – 3 hrs drive) ~ lunch at Namchi ~ proceeds further towards Pelling via Ravangla ~ Legshep ~ Gyalsing (3 hrs drive). Overnight at Tashigang Resort, Yangtey, West Sikkim.

Day 08: Whole day sight seeing around West Sikkim

Visit of Pemayangtse Monastery ~ Rabdentse Palace Ruins ~ Khecheopelri holy lake ~ lunch at Yuksam (the trekking base camp for Dzongri ~ Goechala Trek and also the first capital of Sikkim “Norbugang” where the first King H.M. Sir Phuntsok Namgyal was corronated in the year 1642). Back to Pelling and rest at the resort.

Day 09: Early morning departure for Bhadrapur Airport

Leave Pelling early morning to catch a flight for Kathmandu via Legshep~ Jorethang ~ Melli ~ Teesta bridge ~ Siliguri ~ Kakarvitta and Bhadrapur Airport.
