Agra is a medieval city on the banks of Yamuna River was founded by Sultan Sikandar Lodi in 1956. It achieved fame as the capital of the Mughal emperors from 1526 to 1658 and remains a major tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era buildings, most notably the Thj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, all three of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Jaipur, the picturesque capital of Rajasthan also known as the Pink city was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Sing II. It was first planned city in India, beautifully laid out gardens and parks, attractive monuments and marvelous heritage hotels, which were once the residence of Maharajas, are worthy of admiration. Visit to Amber fort, City Palace, Jantar-Mantar, Hawa Mahal, the ambling camels and cheerful people in multi-hued costumes will make your trip to the pink city a memorable one.

Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
Arrive in Delhi at any time. Included transfer to your hotel.Begin your adventure today. There are no planned activities so feel free to explore or rest up for the excitement ahead.
On Day 1 of the tour Snow Leopard Trek’s representative will meet you at the hotel to go over the details of the tour, providing a schedule, documentation/vouchers, and pick-up times for all included activities. The representative can also assist with booking optional activities and answer any questions about the tour or the general area.
Day 2: Delhi sightseeing
Head out on a guided city tour of Old and New Delhi. Discover the sights and sounds of this exciting capital.
Old Delhi Guided Walk: Delhi Visit historic Old Delhi through this guided walk. Explore Jama Masjid, the “Great Mosque”, and enjoy its massive courtyard, which can hold up to 25,000 worshippers. Pick up trinkets and textiles or do some window shopping at Chandni Chowk market. Enjoy the ancient Sikh temple of Gurdwara SisGanj, which was established in 1783.
Colonial New Delhi Orientation Tour: Get a glimpse of the wide boulevards and splendid architecture of the British Raj in this guided tour of colonial New Delhi.

Day 4: Agra/Jaipur (6h – 7h)
Drive to Jaipur, visiting the deserted Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri en route.From the ‘Deserted City’ of Fatephur Sikri to the Amber Fort and the ‘Pink City’ of Jaipur, enjoy sites that epitomize Rajasthani culture and all this exotic desert state stands for.
Fatehpur Sikri Visit Fatehpur Sikri: Explore the magnificent, red sandstone fort-city that was once the capital of India’s Mughal Empire and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Keep an eye out for elements of different religions: King Akbar built three palaces for each of his favorite wives—a Hindu, a Muslim, and a Christian—in the city.
Day 5: Jaipur
Explore the ‘Pink City’ of Jaipur, including the Amber Fort, City Palace, and view Hawa Mahal. Opt to visit local markets and catch a Bollywood film.Spend the day visiting the famous sites of Jaipur, including the ruined city of Amber and the Amber Fort, the grand City Palace, and stop for a photo opportunity at Hawa Mahal palace complex.In the evening, consider treating yourself to a night at the cinema. Going to see a Bollywood film in India is much, much more than what we are accustomed to in the west. The atmosphere, energy, and pure fun (not to mention volume!) has to be experienced to be believed. Your driver will provide transport to and from the cinema and you pay your own entrance fee.
Amber Fort Guided Tour Amber Fort: Explore this magnificent fort overlooking an artificial lake—it’s famous for its unique mixture of Hindu and Muslim architecture.
City Palace Visit Jaipur: Explore the courtyards, gardens, and buildings that make up the City Palace. Located in the heart of the Old City, it is a striking blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. Visit the palace’s museum to look at ancient carriages and the former maharaja’s gold-embroidered wedding outfit.
Day 6: Jaipur/Delhi (5h – 6h)
Drive back to Delhi where tour ends on arrival.Drive back to Delhi, where you will be dropped at your hotel or the airport.If you are departing Delhi today it is recommended you do not book your onward flight until after 15:00.
